Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Execution Contract Manager for its Water Technology Business. You will oversee contract management from initiation to close-out, balancing customer needs with risk and partnering with Legal and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree with strong academic record – Legal, Business or Engineering.
• 8+ years of commercial or transactional legal/contract negotiation experience.
• Must have 10+ years of experience in the NORAM Region with a strong understanding of Legal and Contractual terms & Conditions.
• Fluency in English (French is a plus) and ability to draft and negotiate in them.
• Experience with Design-Build (EP, or EPC) contracts and terms.

Responsibilities

• Advises execution Project Managers on complex contracts.
• Lead reviews at Project Initiation, assessing risks, opportunities, and milestones.
• Support Project Close Out with lien waivers, final settlements, and claims.
• Develop flowdown contracts and implement project controls for EP+/EP contracts.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, Finance and other leads to resolve risks.
• Lead claim management including delay analysis and dispute resolution.
