Job summary

Raymond James Ltd. in Vancouver is seeking a Registered Plans Associate to handle administrative processing for RRSPs, RESPs, RRIFs, and other registered plans, with daily interactions with Financial Advisors and the Operations team.

You will contribute to compliance, support inquiries within SLA, collaborate with Tax, Estates, Transfers, and Credit, and participate in plan-related projects. Minimum 3 years in financial industry or related admin; post-secondary education; strong MS Office

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of financial industry or related administrative experience.
Post-secondary education.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new apps.
Excellent customer service, organization and prioritization.
Ability to work within deadlines in a high-volume environment.
French language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

Administration of transactions and processing in registered plans (RRSPs, RESPs, RRIFs, LIFs, TFSAs, LIRAs and FHSAs).
Processing contributions, de-registrations, un-locking, withholding tax submissions, trustee wires and non-qualified tax assessments.
Support advisors and respond to queries within SLA deadlines.
Maintenance of departmental procedures to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with Tax, Estates, Transfers, Credit, and New Accounts to resolve issues.
Assist in registered plan related projects, including regulatory audits.
Other duties as assigned.
