Job summary

GHD is seeking a Relationship Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead and grow municipal client relationships while delivering complex infrastructure programs across the Greater Toronto Area.

The role blends strategic client leadership with hands-on project delivery, with about 50% focus on Peel Region and 50% on major municipal projects, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• PE or PMP designation (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of municipal infrastructure delivery experience.
• Experience with the Region of Peel.
• Ability to travel across the GTHA.
• Strong client relationship and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead large municipal infrastructure projects and programs across transportation, roadway, and water.
• Serve as the Relationship Manager for the Region of Peel, building executive-level client relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans, identify opportunities, and support major pursuits and proposals.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across transportation, water, environmental, and buildings practices.
• Act as the voice of the client within GHD to help teams deliver outcomes and client experiences.
• Support business growth through market intelligence and client development activities.
