Job summary

GHD is seeking a Relationship Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead and grow the Region of Peel client relationship while delivering complex municipal infrastructure programs across the Greater Toronto Area.

This dual‑role combines strategic client leadership with hands‑on project delivery, with roughly 50% of time focused on Peel and 50% on leading major municipal projects and multidisciplinary teams across transportation, water, and buildings practices.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or equivalent.
• 10+ years of municipal infrastructure project delivery experience.
• Strong understanding of municipal project delivery, approvals, utilities, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with the Region of Peel.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships, influence stakeholders, and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience leading pursuits, proposals, and strategic business planning initiatives.
• Ability to travel throughout the GTHA.

• Experience leading pursuits, proposals, and strategic business planning initiatives.
• Ability to travel throughout the GTHA.

The salary range for this position is $140,000-190,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
