Job summary

Crozier is seeking an experienced Senior Municipal Engineer/Project Manager to join our team in Ontario. You will lead municipal infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater systems, manage multidisciplinary teams, and mentor staff to ensure quality and compliance with MECP and MEA guidelines.

Applicants should hold a P.Eng. licensed in Ontario with 10+ years in municipal water and wastewater design, possess strong client relations, and participate in business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• P.Eng. licensed in Ontario with 10+ years in municipal water/wastewater.
• PMP designation or PMI eligibility is an asset.
• Knowledge of MECP approvals process and MEA practices.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow client relations and pursue business leads.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and supervise staff.
• Provide technical guidance on water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Develop proposals, timelines and work schedules.
• Review engineering design reports/drawings and provide input.
• Represent Crozier to clients and external agencies.
