Job summary

Paragon Living in Winnipeg is seeking experienced Level 3/4 Carpenters to lead and execute complex carpentry tasks on multi-family residential construction sites. You will take pride in quality workmanship and mentor junior team members.

Requirements include 3–5+ years of carpentry experience, proficiency in framing and finishing, and a solid understanding of building codes and safety standards. Journeyperson certification or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of carpentry experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Proficient in framing, finishing, and layout.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead framing, formwork, and finishing carpentry tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure work meets building codes and safety standards.
• Supervise and mentor Level 1/2 carpenters and apprentices.
• Coordinate with other trades and site supervisors to meet project timelines.
