Qualifications

• Five years of carpentry experience in custom residential construction.
• Experience in custom-home or high-end residential renovations preferred.
• Strong framing, finishing, or general carpentry skills.
• Ability to produce accurate, detail-oriented work with limited supervision.
• Comfortable working on complex, highly customized projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality carpentry on custom homes and major residential renovations.
• Complete framing, finishing, installation, and general carpentry work according to project requirements and experience.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and construction details.
• Identify site challenges and contribute practical, constructive solutions.
• Maintain company standards for workmanship, accuracy, cleanliness, and safety.
• Protect clients' homes and property while maintaining an organized work area.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, coworkers, trade partners, and project leadership.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and team members to keep work progressing efficiently.
• Use materials responsibly and minimize waste.
• Support less-experienced team members by sharing knowledge.
