Job summary

STACK IT Recruitment Inc. is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to join a managed services and cloud hosting provider.

You will lead hands-on deployments across Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization, acting as the lead technical contact for a key enterprise account and guiding its project planning and technical decisions. The role requires 5+ years in MSP environments, strong MS 365/Azure experience, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), and SQL/Linux expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on MSP experience delivering implementations and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure in a managed services setting.
• Experience with SQL databases and Linux servers.
• Track record of planning and executing migrations and infrastructure refreshes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on implementation and migration projects for clients.
• Lead technical contact for one enterprise account, participating in planning meetings.
• Evaluate proposed projects, identifying risks, dependencies, and considerations before plans are finalized.
• Contribute to project scoping and solution design with architects after understanding the client environment.
• Implement infrastructure refreshes and modernization across multiple sites.
• Work across Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud hosting environments supporting databases on SQL and Linux.
• Coordinate the technical response for the key account during incidents.
