Job summary

SyBridge Technologies is hiring a Mold Maker in Windsor, ON. You will build, assemble, and repair high-precision injection molds, read complex drawings, and ensure every tool meets top quality standards.

You’ll document processes, troubleshoot, and support continuous improvement in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. The role involves operating overhead cranes and forklifts, handling mold components up to 50,000 lbs, and ensuring traceability across all build steps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ten years of mold making experience preferred.
• Red Seal certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build, fit, assemble, and repair injection molds from start to finish.
• Perform final inspections and document work with traceability.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Identify tooling concerns and communicate improvement opportunities.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely as needed.
• Maintain accurate project status across shifts.
