SyBridge Technologies in Windsor, ON is hiring a Set-Up Technician to set up, adjust, and maintain plastic injection molding machines for high-quality output. You will install/remove molds, verify process initialization, troubleshoot issues, and maintain logs in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in plastic injection molding setup, strong machine/mold knowledge, and the ability to read instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in plastic injection molding setup.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines and mold installation.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Hands-on mold setup and troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with robotic automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines per specs.
• Install and remove molds with proper alignment.
• Verify process installation for initialization.
• Troubleshoot mold setup issues.
• Maintain setup logs and reports.
• Train operators on molding techniques.
• Ensure safety compliance.
