Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of professional ML engineering experience focusing on predictive models.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and time series analysis.
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy ML models for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection.
• Process and analyze large datasets from sensors, maintenance logs, and parameters.
• Build data pipelines and feature engineering workflows for model training.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts.
• Evaluate model performance, conduct rigorous testing, and iterate for accuracy.
• Implement MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and management.
