Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a skilled machine-learning engineer to develop and validate models, build data pipelines, and optimize performance. This role focuses on implementing model components and reproducible workflows using Python.

You will debug failures, ensure correctness, and contribute to advanced ML tasks in a fast-paced research or tech environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong professional or research experience in machine learning.
• Practical proficiency with Python and coding agents.
• Experience at a recognized technology company or research organization.
• Ability to demonstrate depth with equivalent tools if necessary.
• Exceptional open-source or academic experience is a plus.
• Willingness to start tasks within 24-48 hours after onboarding.
