Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT.
• 12+ years as a Senior Systems Administrator in medium to large environments.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.
• Experience with Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, Purview, and DLP.
• Experience with Windows infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
• Strong scripting ability in PowerShell.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work in a distributed team.

YOUR IMPACT

You will be part of a global Corporate Technology Platform Engineering Team. This position has the responsibility for administration, support, design, and planning, of the organization’s global production infrastructure. This 3rd level support position has the responsibility of being a subject matter expert in multiple platforms/systems, maintaining 24x7x365 system availability.

What The Role Offers

• Technical owner of the Microsoft 365 tenant, ensuring operational health, performance, and security.
• Recommends and implements policies and standards relating to Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Active Directory and Exchange in a hybrid environment.
• Provide 24/7 ‘tier3’ on-call support of specific production systems as required.
• Design and implement technical solutions to support business requirements.

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent of work experience.
• 12+ years experience as a Senior Systems Administrator in a medium to large scale environment.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure, including architecting, implementing, troubleshooting, and administration of the various applications and services.
• Experience implementing and managing Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, Purview, and DLP in an enterprise.
• Experience in implementing and managing Windows infrastructure services incl. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File servers.
• Expert knowledge of Windows Server administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient at scripting for automation or user management in Powershell.
• Strong team player, working in a globally dispersed team.
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.

Beneficial/preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading technical projects
• Experience configuring Enterprise Apps, SSO, and certificates.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V administration.

Compensation

Salary Range

$110,960-160,960; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
