Responsibilities

• Drive growth of MICE business in tourism and travel by identifying opportunities, responding to RFPs, and leading the creation of proposals.
• Act as primary contact for key retail and corporate clients, managing relationships from brief to post-event review and ensuring satisfaction.
• Lead end-to-end project management for medium to large-scale MICE programs, including budgeting, timelines, risk management, and quality control.
• Negotiate with hotels, venues, DMCs, transport providers, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and added-value benefits for clients.
• Set and manage project budgets, track margins, approve major costs, and ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
• Supervise and mentor coordinators and junior staff, assign workloads, review costings, and provide feedback.
• Oversee on-site operations for priority events, ensuring seamless execution and brand-aligned service.
• Collaborate with retail sales, marketing, and revenue teams to develop campaigns, travel packages, and pricing strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to translate insights into new products and opportunities.
• Handle any other tasks assigned
