Job summary

Harry Rosen Inc. is seeking a Senior Merchandise Control Analyst for a 12-month contract in Toronto. The role supports the Off-Price Buying Team, managing forecasting, merchandising control, and vendor coordination in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate brings data-driven decision making, strong Excel skills, and experience with inventory management and ERP systems to sustain profitable off-price operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in forecasting or merchandising control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating vendors and external partners.
• Strong Excel skills; Tableau knowledge is an asset.
• Must understand basic retail math and the core retail business model.
• Ability to grasp new ERP technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create styles and POs based on Buyer's worksheets.
• Ensure data input accuracy and communicate POs to vendors.
• Oversee allocations and manage replenishment programs.
• Maintain Final Cut line items, pricing, and online visibility.
• Coordinate with Production and Help Desk to resolve issues.
