Job summary
Worley is seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC, building services and fire protection design for process plants, laboratories and industrial facilities in Ontario. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, direct technical deliverables, and ensure safety, constructability and regulatory compliance across several Worley offices.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in HVAC, building services and/or fire protection engineering.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in industrial or process facilities.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario and eligible to work in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for HVAC, building services and fire protection through all project phases.
- Lead design criteria, calculations, specifications and vendor documentation reviews.
- Oversee industrial HVAC and building services system design and coordination.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and support procurement and construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards and Worley processes; mentor junior engineers.
