Job summary

ATS Industrial Automation in Cambridge, Ontario, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design, analyze, and oversee mechanical systems and components, ensuring compliance with standards and safety protocols.

You will produce working drawings and BOMs, review designs for material selection and manufacturing techniques, and coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Thorough knowledge of drafting principles.
• Strong ability to conceptualize and create solutions for complex design requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and oversee mechanical systems and components.
• Produce working drawings and BOMs using SolidWorks.
• Review designs for material selection and manufacturing techniques.
