Job Summary
Responsible Energy Inc. is seeking a senior-level Mechanical Engineer to support the continued development, optimization, and deployment of our proprietary Free Radical Gasification (FRG) technology. This position plays a key role in ensuring our systems remain technically advanced, operationally reliable, and fully compliant with environmental and regulatory standards as commercial adoption accelerates.
Based at our Maitland, Ontario facility, this is a hands-on, execution-driven role suited to a candidate with deep expertise in mechanical system design, high-temperature process equipment, and project delivery. Responsibilities include leading internal and external resources, overseeing procurement and contractor coordination, and driving system troubleshooting and continuous improvement. Given the regulatory and operational context of our work, preference will be given to candidates with significant professional experience in Canada. This position will serve as a senior technical contributor within the R&D team, directly influencing the evolution of our operational FRG unit and the design of next-generation configurations.
