Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of mechanical product or machine design experience.
• 3+ years with SolidWorks and GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• 3+ years working with engineering drawings, BOM, and change control.
• Experience designing parts for CNC, sheet metal, casting, molding and 3D printing.
• Understanding of engineering calculations and problem-solving approaches.
• Knowledge of quality inspection tools and SPC fundamentals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ERP and project management tools.
• A self-starter with hands-on approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, build, test and deliver medical accessories and products.
• Design solutions with DFx, emphasizing manufacturability and service.
• Analyze codes and standards to ensure IEC 60601 compliance.
• Lead full product development from concept to production with complete documentation.
• Create requirement documents, risk assessments, drawings, manuals and test plans.
• Build and test prototype/production parts as needed.
• Support production, quality and purchasing on reviews and process improvements.
• Able to engage with vendors to resolve design and manufacturability issues.
• Collaborate with sales and customer care to understand customer needs.
• Boost the collaborative environment across the company.
