• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to mentor junior resources.
• Eligibility to get a Government of Canada Reliability Status

BPA is seeking a Senior Mechanical Building Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of innovative building projects across a variety of sectors. We are looking for a motivated professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering, who brings deep technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and a collaborative approach to client service.

In this role, you will oversee mechanical building systems projects from planning through completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality results delivered on schedule and within budget. You will play a key role in managing project execution, supporting design coordination, and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to BPA’s commitment to technical excellence and sustainable design solutions.
