WHAT OUR SENIOR MECHANICS DO:

A Senior Mechanic is responsible for fixing and maintaining automatic pin spotters, scoring equipment, lanes, building, and all other bowling center equipment to ensure everything functions properly.

The Senior Mechanic repairs and maintains all building systems, ensuring they operate at the highest level of proficiency.

A SENIOR MECHANIC’S DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintains pin spotter/setter and other bowling equipment according to the manufacturer's specifications.
• Monitors and maintains lane conditions to meet USBC standards for high scoring and consistency.
• Performs daily maintenance on HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Cleans, repairs, and adjusts foul lights and other bowling equipment, following preventive maintenance programs.
• Manages daily assignments for Mechanics and Assistant Mechanics.
• Trains Mechanics and Assistant Mechanics according to Lucky Strike Entertainment's training programs.
• Follows safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ensures shop and machine areas are clean and organized.

WHAT IT TAKES

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with knowledge of algebra, geometry, or applied mathematics.
• Three to five years of related experience in the mechanical field.
• Relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills with employees, management, and customers.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
