Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position.

What Our Senior Mechanics Do:

A Senior Mechanic is responsible for fixing and maintaining automatic pin spotters, scoring equipment, lanes, building, and all other bowling center equipment to ensure everything operates smoothly.

The Senior Mechanic repairs and maintains all building systems, ensuring they are at the highest level of operating proficiency.

A Senior Mechanic’s Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Maintain pin spotters, setters, and other bowling equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality, consistent lane conditions in compliance with USBC standards.
• Perform daily maintenance on HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Clean, repair, and adjust foul lights and other equipment; follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage daily assignments for Mechanics and Assistant Mechanics.
• Train Mechanics and Assistant Mechanics following Lucky Strike Entertainment’s training programs.
• Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Keep shop and machine areas clean and organized.

What It Takes:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with knowledge of algebra, geometry, or applied mathematics.
• Three to five years of related mechanical experience.
• Relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills with employees, management, and customers.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
