Glad2Glow is looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Influencer Marketing Leadership: Lead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies aligned with the brand’s marketing objectives.
• Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring effective planning, execution, and optimization across digital platforms.
• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists, providing guidance and feedback to foster growth and performance.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define KPIs and regularly evaluate campaign success through data analysis and reporting.
• Trend Spotting & Innovation: Keep abreast of industry trends, exploring new platforms and innovative marketing approaches.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in brand or influencer marketing, with a focus on KOL management.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate marketing platforms.
• Experience promoting beauty products on social media is a plus.
• Preferably experienced in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to work full-time at the Mega Kuningan office, South Jakarta.
