Join our Marketing and Communications team as a Senior Marketing Specialist, Insurance. In this individual contributor role, you will collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team and key Insurance Solutions and Distribution partners to enhance our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing insurance go-to-market strategies that align with our business and marketing objectives, incorporating our brand voice to focus on the customer.

What you will do:

• Create high-quality marketing briefs and ensure successful go-to-market launches.
• Lead marketing initiatives and campaigns from start to finish.
• Use data and competitive intelligence to validate target segments.
• Integrate customer and advisor needs into marketing plans.
• Create engaging content and messaging for customer-facing materials.
• Market our products to resonate with target audiences.
• Deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Participate in Marketing Rallies and lead working group meetings.
• Ensure tasks and actions are updated in marketing project management software and seek opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct closeout sessions with the working group and leaders to gather feedback on initiatives, report on success metrics, and share learnings.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong brand and marketing experience with both digital and traditional elements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong partnership and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to identify insights and opportunities.
• Flexibility to work in-office 3 days a week at one of the Canada Life main campuses.

The base salary for this position ranges from $63,500 to $117,400 annually. This figure represents base salary only and does not include other compensation components such as bonuses or commissions. If selected for further steps, your recruiter will discuss the total rewards package.
