We are seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Specialist, Program & Construction Management (PMCM) Infrastructure. This role involves supporting business development, fostering client relationships, and creating compelling proposals and communications to meet PMCM's financial and market goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, an effective communicator, capable of managing multiple projects, and thrives under deadlines.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, PMCM, this role provides marketing leadership and strategic support to the PMCM team and Infrastructure Leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals. The position requires working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and preparing engaging proposals and presentations.

You will collaborate with marketing, business development, public relations, and communications teams to enhance brand awareness and identify growth opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Proposal Support: Support revenue growth and market leadership through strategic client engagement, project pursuit management, and proposal development. Lead local pursuit efforts, coordinate resources, and ensure quality and brand consistency. Maintain knowledge of markets, clients, and competitors.
• Brand Management & Promotions: Assist in implementing promotional plans using various marketing tools, coordinate events, and work with communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Marketing System Support: Ensure accurate and timely data entry in marketing systems, support strategic pursuit tracking, and promote the use of marketing tools like the Stantec Pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in responding to RFPs and developing marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related fields, with 5-8 years of relevant experience in A/E/C or PMCM industry.
