FARO CREAFORM, part of the AMETEK group, in Lévis, is seeking a Senior Marketing/Creative Project Manager to lead large-scale, multi-platform campaigns and help define the content strategy for an international brand.

Reporting to the Director of Creative Services, you will oversee end-to-end digital content projects, coordinate with regional marketing leaders and global partners, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and maintain brand consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in creative and digital project management.
• Strong ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across regions.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsabilités

• Actively contribute to the development of the content strategy and ensure its successful execution.
• Oversee project execution according to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and international partners to deploy brand campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end digital content projects (guides, infographics, videos, landing pages, editorial content).
• Lead product launch creative management from concept through delivery.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Optimize creative processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Stay abreast of creative and marketing trends to identify opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Project Manager at FARO CREAFORM in Lévis

• Actively contribute to the development of the content strategy and ensure its successful execution.
• Oversee project execution according to established timelines while respecting allocated budgets.
• Collaborate closely with regional marketing leaders and international partners to deploy high-value brand awareness campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end digital content projects, including digital guides, infographics, videos, landing pages, and editorial content such as website copy, blog articles, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Lead the creative management of product launches, from concept development through deliverable coordination, ensuring brand consistency and market impact.
• Coordinate and deliver integrated campaigns while maintaining deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Optimize creative processes and ways of working to improve operational efficiency, enhance deliverable quality, and support scalability.
• Maintain ongoing strategic awareness of creative, technological, and marketing trends to identify innovation and continuous improvement opportunities.

What Will Help You Succeed In This Role

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7 to 10+ years of experience, including strong expertise in creative and digital project management.
• Experience working in a matrix or international environment is considered a major asset.
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and content production.
• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA.
• A strategic mindset combined with strong execution and project management capabilities.
• Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, is essential for internal and external communications.
