Creaform Engineering is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Manager for Lévis or Laval. You will ensure consistency in practices, drive project performance, and coach a team of project managers across diverse engineering projects.

Join a collaborative, autonomous department known for its technical expertise and commitment to continuous improvement. The role offers a path to shape PMO maturity and work with cross-functional teams including sales and engineering.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in project management.
• PMP certification or equivalent considered a strong asset.
• Bilingual in French and English in an international context.
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects including machinery and prototypes.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Structuring, maintaining, and evolving project management processes and tools
• Overseeing a portfolio of complex projects from estimation to delivery
• Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborating closely with sales during the pre-project phase including estimates, costs, and schedules
• Managing risks, changes, addenda, and contractual issues
• Coaching, engaging, and developing a team of project managers
• Planning resource growth with approximately two additions per year and optimizing allocation
• Monitoring financial performance and KPIs and producing reports for management
• Fostering continuous improvement and PMO maturity within Creaform Engineering

Your key responsibilities as a Project Management Office Manager in Lévis or Laval include:

• Structuring, maintaining, and evolving project management processes and tools
• Overseeing a portfolio of complex projects from estimation to delivery
• Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

To help you succeed as a Project Management Office Manager in Lévis or Laval:

• Eight or more years of experience in project management, ideally in NPI or automation
• Proven experience in team management
• PMP certification or equivalent considered a strong asset
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects including machinery and prototypes
• Bilingual in French and English in an international context
• Strong communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.

Salary Minimum: 90,000
