Victoria Newitt Recruitment has been retained by our 'Client' to search for a Senior Marketing Manager.
Our 'Client' is the largest production equipment rental company in Canada, specializing in film and TV. They are growing rapidly and have doubled in size over the last 2 years, with plans for continued growth.
The opportunity :
The Marketing Team is seeking a customer-focused marketing professional to join as a Marketing Lead.
Responsibilities :
- Support and participate in developing and implementing the corporate strategy.
- Oversee the development and execution of the annual integrated marketing plan.
- Manage national brand communications, including internal communications, PR, social media, web, email, and paid advertising campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
- Maintain branding updates, including graphic standards and the branded assets library.
- Support the planning and production of creative content such as photoshoots, videos, web development, and other branded communications.
- Collaborate with the Director of Strategic Partnerships on client acquisition and retention programs supporting the industry and film community.
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance alignment between Marketing, Sales, Digital, Operations, and senior leadership.
- Partner with external agencies, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to implement and align marketing strategies.
- Train, mentor, and coach the marketing team and support hiring of new Digital Marketing Manager as needed.
- Provide strategic recommendations and thought leadership to senior leadership.
- Maintain strong relationships across business units to ensure consistent and relevant marketing initiatives and branded content.
Experience required :
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in people management and 2+ years in a B2B sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot.
- Proven strategic leadership in integrated tactical campaigns.
- Customer-centric marketing expertise with a solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and project management skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills, good judgment, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
