Job summary

TAG Software Group, part of Valsoft Corporation, seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to own end-to-end product marketing for multiple EHSQ/enterprise software lines. You will lead market research, competitive intelligence, and messaging; plan multi-channel GTM for launches and major updates; collaborate with Product, R&D, and UX to align priorities and deliver compelling collateral and demos.

You will drive demand generation, enable sales, and evolve the EHSQ brand across industries, including

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B product marketing within software (ideally EHSQ/operational SaaS).
• Ownership of full GTM strategy from planning to execution.
• Strong messaging, positioning, and analytics skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, R&D, UX and technical teams.
• Experience creating sales enablement assets and demos.
• Experience launching new products, modules, or brands.
• Proven storytelling and communication for technical and commercial audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple products and business units.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product marketing strategy and messaging.
• Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and feature updates.
• Partner with Product, R&D, and UX for prioritization and usability feedback.
• Create messaging architecture for EHSQ products and value propositions.
• Develop sales enablement collateral, playbooks, decks, and demos.
• Produce product content like explainers, videos, and use case guides.
• Support partner programs and cross-sell strategies.
• Run multi-channel campaigns (email, ads, LinkedIn, web).
• Analyze performance metrics and optimise marketing effectiveness.
• Represent customer needs and industry regulations internally.
• Drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Perform other related duties as required.
