Toronto Region Board of Trade (TRBOT) seeks a senior marketing and communications leader reporting to the President & CEO. You will guide company-wide strategy, shape TRBOT’s narrative, and counsel the executive team to advance visibility, advocacy, and impact.

You will lead a high-performing team spanning events, media relations, digital engagement, content marketing, and member communications, driving multi-channel campaigns that elevate TRBOT’s influence and support member growth.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic communications, public relations, marketing, or brand strategy within a B2B, policy, or membership-based environment.
• Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling skills translating complex policy and business issues into compelling narratives.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams with the ability to inspire, coach, and scale talent.
• Strong media relations expertise and established relationships with business, policy, and mainstream media is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of TRBOT’s company-wide marketing and communications strategy to enhance visibility, reputation, and influence.
• Shape and amplify TRBOT’s narrative as a champion for business growth and regional competitiveness.
• Provide strategic counsel to the CEO, executive team, and board on messaging, positioning, and reputation management.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across programs, events, membership, and WTC programming to drive engagement and revenue.
• Own and drive event ticket sales through marketing channels with data-driven campaigns.
