QuadReal Property Group in Toronto, Canada, is seeking a Manager, Marketing and Communications to lead corporate content and campaigns across digital and social channels. You will guide content strategy, oversee internal and external teams, and ensure brand‑consistent delivery.

You will manage campaigns, analytics, and reporting, driving engagement for QuadReal’s platforms and corporate activities across channels.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or social media management.
• University degree in a related field of study considered an asset.
• Experience owning agency and vendor relationships — scoping work, managing budget, and delivering to brand standards.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems and digital asset management.
• Familiarity with SEO and GEO best practices.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; sound judgment in interpersonal relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of building a content or channel strategy from business objectives.
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and fast-paced environments.
• Experience translating channel performance into insights for leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with leaders to set annual campaign priorities and KPIs; lead planning and execution.
• Coordinate with in-house design, marketing, and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure brand alignment and objectives.
• Own the editorial calendar and content strategy across corporate channels.
• Draft and produce stories and campaigns across formats and channels; monitor performance.
• Ensure delivery of brand-compliant creative (images/videos).
• Oversee external content optimization for UX, SEO, and GEO.
• Monitor social KPIs, content performance, and website traffic; report insights to leadership.
• Maintain regular leadership dashboards and post-mortems.
• Use testing to refine content approaches and inform planning.
• Manage community interactions with clear escalation paths.
