Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior QA with deep expertise in Selenium automation to lead our test automation efforts and manage a high-performing QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in automation frameworks, hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, and a passion for delivering high-quality software within a CI/CD and Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks for web applications.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and collaborate with DevOps and development teams to streamline releases.
• Define test strategies and implement best practices across automation, performance, and security testing.
• Design comprehensive test plans, develop reusable test cases/scripts, and ensure thorough test coverage.
• Analyze automation test results, identify and log defects, and collaborate with developers for quick resolution.
• Ensure robust cross-browser and mobile testing coverage using tools such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Stay current with the latest automation tools and frameworks, continuously optimizing QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 3+ years of hands-on Selenium automation.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for scripting automated test cases.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter is a plus.
• Understanding of BDD/TDD methodologies and their application in automation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership and communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
