We are a team of quality and engineering professionals. As our Senior QA - Engineer, you will collaborate with our world-class engineering team, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager. Our team includes professionals who have contributed to companies like Chime, Twitter, Instacart, E-Trade, McKinsey, Etsy, eBay, LendingTree, Expedia, and more.

Requirements

As a Senior QA - Engineer, your role involves working with our development team to build and scale high-quality financial products. Your responsibilities include:

• Designing, building, and scaling test automation using technologies such as Appium, Cucumber, Nightwatch, JavaScript, Python, etc., with an AI-first mindset.
• Applying various testing approaches like regression, exploratory, integration, and security testing based on need and ROI.
• Collaborating with Product and Developers within Agile sprints to test features, triage issues, and assess quality risks.
• Creating manual and automated Test Plans for web and mobile applications, reviewing others' plans, and providing feedback.

Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience in web and mobile test automation using tools like Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Nightwatch, Puppeteer, Cypress, WebdriverIO.
• Experience working with agile teams on complex features, understanding customer experience and product behavior.
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain test automation tools aligned with business needs.
• Experience with security testing and backend/API testing.
• Knowledge of performance optimization for tests in cloud environments like LambdaTest, BrowserStack, SauceLabs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with good documentation and bug tracking practices.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) in an Agile setting.
• Commitment to continuous learning and applying new QA technologies and methodologies, including AI integration.

Bonus Points

• Experience testing at scale in SaaS, Payments, or FinTech industries.
• Familiarity with AWS and modern programming languages or frameworks like Golang, Typescript, Python.
