Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2+ years with a PhD.
• 9+ years with a Bachelor Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD), with 3+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Extensive experience in Payments and Financial Services.
• Strong analytical and executive-facing communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and projects related to multi-year strategy development and acquisitions or threats; manage day-to-day activities to meet milestones.
• Structure and solve business problems with internal stakeholders; organize critical information for decision making.
• Communicate recommendations to senior management and regional teams clearly and concisely.
• Design and manage major planning activities, including OKR formulation and performance reviews.
• Create materials for Board meetings, executive forums, and external client councils/forums.
• Proactively manage upwards to pre-empt opportunities and challenges.
