Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering or a technical field.
• MBA or other Master’s degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years’ experience in consulting, project management, or similar field with people management.
• Experience in Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data interpretation.
• Ability to lead dispersed teams and manage conflicting goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large, high-complexity projects or multiple programs within Upstream Supply Chain.
• Build and lead a team of Project and Program Managers to execute roadmaps.
• Synthesize complex problems into process-driven solutions and make sound judgments.
• Monitor milestones, KPIs, and budget; report risks and decisions to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Develop project charters, workplans, and governance with stakeholders.
• Champion lululemon culture and align with Global Supply Chain planning.
