Lululemon is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives within the Global Supply Chain program portfolio in Vancouver. You will design, plan, and deliver project milestones, partnering with PMO leadership and stakeholders to optimize guest service and cost efficiency.

The role requires 5–7+ years in consulting or project management, a BA/BS, and MBA preferred, with strong MS Office skills and a track record of driving value in consumer supply chains.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or technical area required.
• MBA or other Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5–7+ years’ experience in consulting, project management, or similar field.
• Experience in Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products.

• Manage a large, medium-to-high complexity project or multiple smaller concurrent projects within a Global Supply Chain portfolio.
• Monitor project performance against plan using milestones, KPIs and supporting metrics.
• Provide line-of-sight to PMO and functional leadership on issues, risks, and decisions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce costs and increase capital efficiency.
• Create project charters and work plans with stakeholders.
• Partner with Technology to deliver defined business capabilities within scope.
• Oversee third‑party partners as required by project scope.
• Develop presentation content for executive updates and reviews.
• Establish and maintain performance standards for project management.

Supply Chain Project Manager

The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for overseeing specific projects within the Global Supply Chain program portfolio. This can include work within complex cross-functional transformations, standing up new go-to-market initiatives, and targeted efforts within specific geographies and locations. The Project Manager will partner with Global Supply Chain leadership to stand up and lead a project within the strategic PMO portfolio across several functions, including work to plan, design, and deliver against the project deliverables and milestones while helping to enable business priorities, including growth, guest service and cost improvements.

a day in the life: what you'll do

• Manage a large, medium-to-high complexity project or multiple smaller concurrent projects within a specific Global Supply Chain portfolio and partner with PMO leadership to build detailed project plans, charters, including integration touch points, dependencies, and sequencing
• Monitor project performance against plan as measured by milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics
• Provide line-of-sigh to PMO and functional leadership to issues, risks, and required decisions across the project workstreams
• Maintain consolidated resource and timeline views across the projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to reduce costs, drive productivity, better leverage resources, and increase capital efficiency
• Work with internal stakeholders to create project charters (scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks) and work plans
• Partner with Technology organization to ensure the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the project scope
• Collaborate with and oversee 3rd party partners based on specific project scope of service requirements
• Develop presentation content and support executive-level updates and business reviews
• Establish, evaluate and maintain performance standards for all areas of project management to ensure performance targets are achieved while continually looking for ways to enhance delivery and reduce costs
• Ensure the project team works closely with peers across Global Supply Chain, ensuring alignment and consistency in planning, management, and execution.

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $88,200 - $115,800CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
