What is the opportunity?
As part of the Global IT Risk organization in Global Security, Technology Risk Analytics, Reporting and Development is focused on the strategic delivery of the harmonization of risk reporting globally, while accelerating our governance and risk management practices. This includes the strategic design, development and execution of metrics, quality assurance activities and managing stakeholder needs to enable the delivery of critical reports to drive action and the ability to enable proactive risk management.
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced lead for our Analytics Operations team. This team plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, accuracy and integrity of our analytics deliverables. You will oversee quality assurance processes, manage stakeholder inquiries and ensure our analytics practices remain audit and regulatory ready, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
What will you do?
- Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for quality assurance activities, data validation and stakeholder support.
- Develop and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of analytics outputs, partnering closely with the data visualization team.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for analytics-related stakeholder inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Implement controls and documentation standards to maintain audit readiness and data compliance.
- Uplift and maintain resources to inform and educate stakeholders enterprise-wide on risk management measurements and best-practices.
- Lead the team to complete root-cause analysis, partner collaboratively with teams to resolve any identified discrepancies.
- Participate in the Metrics Change Advisory Forum, ensuring that stakeholder requests are included and resolved.
- Contribute to regulatory activities as needed, providing documentation, responses etc.
- Collaborate cross functionally with data engineering, data visualization and the reporting team to achieve strategic goals and outcomes for Global IT Risk.
- Monitor and report on operational metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Champion a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and data integrity across the analytics function.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- University graduate or equivalent, Professional designations i.e. CRISC, CISSP
- Strong Risk Management foundation.
- Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical (including qualitative analysis), research and quantitative skills.
- Strong understanding of analytics workflows, QA methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong knowledge of collaboration tools – JIRA and Confluence.
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills, including strong appreciation of relationship management.
