Responsibilities

1. Lead configuration and implementation of Workday, focusing on Advanced Compensation and HCM modules.
2. Manage full-cycle Workday projects from requirements to post-launch support.
3. Translate business needs into Workday configurations and workflows.
4. Drive governance and adoption of compensation technology.
5. Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to align technology with strategic goals.
6. Design reports and calculated fields to support compensation processes.
7. Conduct demos, gather feedback, and train users for smooth implementation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Workday, especially Compensation modules.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project management and process optimization.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Workday report writing and calculated fields.
