Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and implementation of Workday, focusing on Advanced Compensation and HCM modules.
- Manage full-cycle Workday projects from requirements to post-launch support.
- Translate business needs into Workday configurations and workflows.
- Drive governance and adoption of compensation technology.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to align technology with strategic goals.
- Design reports and calculated fields to support compensation processes.
- Conduct demos, gather feedback, and train users for smooth implementation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Workday, especially Compensation modules.
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in project management and process optimization.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Workday report writing and calculated fields.
