As a Senior Tax Manager, you will join our Private Client Services (PCS) practice. You will be part of a team of subject matter specialists advising high net worth business owners and individuals on domestic and cross-border tax planning, estate, wealth transfer, post-mortem planning, asset protection, and philanthropic strategies. Our PCS team collaborates closely with our family office services practice, acting as tax advisors to family offices. This role is ideal for a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual seeking a long-term career advising high net worth clients.
Responsibilities include recommending and implementing tax strategies aligned with client objectives, liaising with legal counsel and tax authorities, assisting with reorganizations, researching compliance and planning issues, and reviewing personal, corporate, and trust tax returns.
