Role Overview
As the sole HR lead in a high-growth education and technology company, you are not just a recruiter or administrator. You are a builder of systems, a culture carrier, and a trusted partner to the CEO in driving organizational transformation. This role is ideal for a high-agency, mature HR generalist who can work independently and proactively shape the people and performance systems that fuel scale and excellence.
