RoleOverview

Wearelookingforadynamic,highlyexperienced Senior TalentManager tojoinourfast pacedandinnovativeteam.Thispersonwillberesponsibleforsourcing,onboarding,andmanaging toptierelitetalent acrossdigitalandtraditionalmediaplatforms,whilefosteringimpactfulbrandrelationships.

KeyResponsibilities

• You have managed world top creators, and have current top end brand relationships and deal history
• IdentifyandrecruitemergingandestablishedtalentalignedwithOnefluent’sbrandandvision.
• Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithtalent,understandingtheirlong-termgoalsandcareertrajectories.
• Actastheday-to-daycontactandstrategicadvisorfortalent,ensuringgrowth,brandalignment,andopportunitymaximization
• Negotiatecontractsandbranddealswithprofessionalismandattentiontodetail.
• Collaboratewithinternalteams(BrandPartnerships,Strategy,Legal)toensuretalentismatchedwithhigh-value,authenticopportunities.
• Monitortalentperformanceandsocialmetrics,offeringguidancetoimprovecontentqualityandbrandfit.
• Maintainastrongunderstandingoftrends,platformchanges,andemergingvoiceswithinsocialmedia,music,fashion,andentertainmentindustries.
• Attendindustryevents,panels,andnetworkingopportunitiestorepresentOnefluentandscoutforfreshtalent.

Requirements

• MUSTHAVE Minimum5yearsofexperienceintalentmanagement with a talent agency
• Proventrackrecordingoftoptierbrandrelationships
• Proventrackrecordofsuccessfullysigninganddevelopingtalentcareersacrossplatforms(Instagram,TikTok,YouTube,Twitch,etc.).
• Deepunderstandingofcontentcreation,socialmediatrends,andaudienceengagement.
• Strongnegotiation,communication,andorganizationalskills.
• Establishedrelationshipswithintheinfluencer,entertainment,and / orbrandindustries.
• Abilitytoworkindependently,managemultipleprojects,andthriveinafast-pacedenvironment.
• Asharpeyefortalentandapassionforculture,creativity,andstorytelling.
• Experiencemanaginginternationaltalentorcampaigns.
• Networkofconnectionswithtalent,brands,orentertainmentcompanies.
