As Senior Manager, Strategic Projects, you will help evolve how credit decisions are made, enabling stronger outcomes across the credit lifecycle as well as addressing emerging regulatory requirements. Is this role right for you?

In this role, you will:

1. Support initiatives that improve Business Banking credit processes and decision-making.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and document how current processes work.
3. Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
4. Define scope and analyze data to support recommendations.
5. Assess the overall impact of proposed recommendations.
6. Present recommendations to a variety of stakeholders for approval.
7. Translate business needs into well-defined requirements and project deliverables.
8. Work collaboratively with various partners to ensure deliverables meet business standards.
9. Support business testing, gather user feedback, and coordinate changes to solutions as needed.
10. Develop user-friendly documentation and training materials.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

1. Undergraduate degree (or higher) in business or related field.
2. Over 5 years of experience in financial services or fintech.
3. Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
5. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and foster partnerships.
6. Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt to emerging priorities.
7. Understanding of business banking client lifecycle would be an asset.
8. An inquisitive nature with confidence to challenge current state.
