Job summary

Community Living Dryden-Sioux Lookout (CLD-SL) is seeking a Manager of Services for Supported Independent Living (SIL). You will lead the supervision and evaluation of programs and staff, ensuring safety, respect, and compliance with CLD-SL policies and regulatory requirements.

The role reports to the Director of Services and requires a minimum of five years’ disability services experience and supervisory background, plus a valid driver’s license. The position is based in Dryden, Ontario.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience post graduate working with individuals with disabilities.
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience.
• Driver’s License required.
• Must maintain current, valid and on-going certification in mandatory areas as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate assigned programs and staff to champion a positive work atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with CLD-SL policies, OHSA and MCSS regulations.
• Promote safety, practice respect, and community involvement while serving CLD-SL.
