Community Living Dryden-Sioux Lookout (CLD-SL) is seeking a Manager of Services for Supported Independent Living (SIL). You will lead the supervision and evaluation of programs and staff, ensuring safety, respect, and compliance with CLD-SL policies and regulatory requirements.

The role reports to the Director of Services and requires a minimum of five years’ disability services experience and supervisory background, plus a valid driver’s license. The position is based in Dryden, Ontario.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience post graduate working with individuals with disabilities.
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience.
• Driver’s License required.
• Must maintain current, valid and on-going certification in mandatory areas as required.

Salary Range: $86,168.00 To $98,954.00 Annually

Position: Manager of Services - Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Reports to: Director of Services

Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Services, this Leadership position champions a positive work atmosphere through the supervision and evaluation of all aspects of the assigned programs and staff.

This position complies with all Community Living Dryden-Sioux Lookout (CLD-SL) Policies and Procedures, follows

CLD-SL’s Mission, Vision and Value Statements along with CLD-SL’s Strategic Directions. It is established that this position will work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations (Sections 25, 26 and 27) and with the Ministry of Community and Social Services (MCSS). It is the expectation of each staff member to provide safety, practice respect, and promote community while working at CLD-SL.

Qualifications:

• DSW, SSW, or related University Degree or other relevant post-secondary education as recognized in CLD-SL policy.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience post graduate working with individuals with disabilities.
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience.
• Driver’s License required.
• Must maintain current, valid and on-going certification in mandatory areas as required.
