Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Manager to lead financial services initiatives for a premier consulting client. You will drive business transformation, optimize financial operations, and deliver high-impact SAP projects that enhance efficiency.

You will mentor junior staff, guide best practices, and collaborate across teams to ensure timely, quality delivery. Requires deep SAP FICO expertise, S/4HANA experience, and strong stakeholder management in a consulting

Qualifications

• 9+ years of related work experience.
• 7+ years of experience with SAP Finance Modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, Treasury, SAC-Planning).
• Familiarity with SAP Finance integration to PM, PS, MM, CS, IS-U, SCM (EWM) etc.
• Experience with full life cycle implementations within SAP FICO.
• SAP FICO Certifications (SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Process Integration / Financial Accounting Associates/ Financial Accounting).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, and statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with all aspects of financial and management accounting within an ERP system. Knowledge of Cost of Service accounting a plus.
• Experience with finance strategy and costing methodologies, including capital management, O&A reporting, asset management, financial accounting, cost accounting, and reporting systems (Analysis for Office, SAC, Datasphere).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in Power & Utilities.
