Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a commercially driven Senior Manager, Ad Partnerships, API to own and grow our technology partner ecosystem, including Pacvue, Skai, Flywheel, and future integrations.

You will accelerate advertising investment through strategic partnerships, API adoption, and joint growth initiatives across agencies, suppliers, and technology providers. This role offers an opportunity to build a scalable partner program and influence the future of retail media technology in Canada.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in retail media, ad tech, partnerships, sales, or related fields driving revenue growth.
• Experience with commerce/media platforms like Pacvue, Skai, Flywheel, Perpetua, CommerceIQ or related tech.
• Knowledgeable of APIs, SaaS platforms, retail media ecosystems, and digital advertising.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communicator, presenter, and stakeholder manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive revenue growth, adoption, and pipeline expansion.
• Own commercial growth across Walmart Connect's technology partner ecosystem with accountability for partner investment, adoption, and expansion.
• Educate API partners, agencies, and suppliers on Walmart Connect APIs and emerging capabilities.
• Drive adoption of partner-enabled solutions and act as trusted advisor to agencies and suppliers.
• Lead executive presentations, training workshops, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Monitor partner performance and recommend opportunities for growth.
