Position Overview

Reporting to the Lead, Lifecycle and Offers, the Senior Manager, Redemption leads the redemption strategy across the program – inclusive of all travel, merchandise and cash. Focused on understanding the Collector journey and intercepting to drive redemption throughout the year. Building scalable solutions and journeys that lead with the Collector, the Senior Manager is hyper focused on lifting the Redeemers in program number and driving action week over week for our collectors – based on their redemption preferences. This multi-channel customer experience is designed to optimally engage Collectors throughout their lifecycle and segment, based on their current level of engagement within AMRP. Success for this team is measured through Collector activity and redemption metrics all with a strong ROI for the program.

Major Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
  • Lead and direct the development and execution of the Collector lifecycle strategy, focused on redemption
  • Build a complimentary plan with the Sr. Manager Engagement to continually fulfill the redemption lifecycle through earn back
  • Lead and integrate with Partner teams to integrate and drive redemption in lane
  • People leadership and coaching, including resource allocation, talent development and performance management.
  • Working to roadmap and continually optimize the end to end Collector journey across all touchpoints in the digital journey for redemption

Salary :

$86,000.00 - $160,000.00

Pay Type : Salaried

The above represents AIR MILES’ pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents AIR MILES’ expected target for the first year in this position.

AIR MILES’ total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
