• Drive continuous operational improvement across Real Estate Development to increase effectiveness, reduce friction, and strengthen decision quality.
• Lead EVP RED‑sponsored initiatives end‑to‑end—from strategy through execution, outcomes realized, and learnings embedded.
• Own and elevate EVP RED communications and executive engagements to ensure clarity, cohesion, and impact.
