Our People Consulting professionals assist clients in managing and sustaining change related to people, processes, and technology. This includes HR technology assessments, process design & transformation, vendor assessment & selection, defining target operating models, assessing HCM and WFM implementation readiness, solution implementation, and post-implementation optimization.

We are seeking Sr Consultants to join our rapidly growing Digital Workforce Transformation practice, focusing on UKG Pro.

• A related bachelor’s degree
• Approximately 3+ years of consulting experience
• 2 - 5 years of UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience
• UKG Pro Certifications are a plus
• Experience with solution gap analysis and recommendations
• Experience supporting or leading business process design and enhancements
• Hands-on experience configuring complex client requirements
• Participation or leadership in client discussions—requirements gathering, user stories, solution configuration, testing, and deployment
• Understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle
• Project management experience is beneficial
• Ability to work through problems with limited information and take initiative
• Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30% on short notice

Responsibilities

• Understand complex HR technology and UKG Pro implementation concepts. Lead client engagement teams and manage project budgets.
• Deliver high-quality services, establish goals, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build and maintain productive client relationships, focusing on business priorities and expectations.
• Develop team members through feedback and training. Foster an innovative, team-oriented environment.
• Maintain high levels of UKG Pro & Pro WFM technical knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate across EY practices.
