Job summary

Clio, the global leader in legal AI technology, is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design for its Fintech portfolio. You will lead design strategy across payments, billing, invoicing, and timekeeping, shaping end-to-end experiences for solo to mid-market law firms.

You will manage 4-5 designers and partner with Product and Engineering to raise the bar in usability and AI-enabled workflows. The role supports a North America footprint (US & Canada, excluding Quebec) with preferred hubs in

Qualifications

10+ years of Product Design experience, including 3+ years managing designers.
Experience designing fintech products such as payments, billing, or invoicing.
Experience with complex B2B products for small to mid-market firms.
Strong UX craft and leadership in vision work and execution.
Knowledge of AI product design and human-in-the-loop systems.

Responsibilities

Define design strategy for payments, billing, invoicing, and timekeeping.
Partner with product and engineering to integrate platform-wide UX.
Lead automation and AI initiatives in financial workflows.
Coach and grow a team of product designers through feedback and career development.
Collaborate with leaders to set portfolio goals and priorities.
Develop deep domain understanding of legal-fintech workflows.
